You must not share your account with third parties or allow others to access it.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion if we suspect unauthorized use or a violation of these Terms.

3. Services

We provide social media marketing (SMM) services including but not limited to followers, likes, views, comments, and other engagement metrics.

All services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

We do not guarantee delivery times. Estimated delivery times are approximations only and are not binding.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to substitute a service type if necessary to fulfill an order.

4. Payment & Billing

All payments are made in advance by depositing funds into your panel balance.

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

All deposits are final. We do not offer refunds on deposited funds unless explicitly stated in our Refund Policy below.

We are not responsible for any additional fees charged by your payment provider (e.g., currency conversion fees, transaction fees).

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only considered if an order has not started processing.

Once an order is in progress or completed, no refund will be issued.

If a service fails to deliver the promised quantity, a partial refund or re-delivery may be offered at our discretion.

Refunds are issued as balance credits to your panel account, not to the original payment method, unless otherwise decided by our team.

We do not issue refunds for orders where the target account (social media profile, page, or post) has been deleted, made private, or changed after the order was placed.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our Panel for any of the following purposes:

Promoting illegal, harmful, hateful, violent, or discriminatory content.

Violating the Terms of Service of any social media platform (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, X/Twitter).

Conducting fraudulent activities or impersonating any person or entity.

Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Panel or its services.

Reselling services in a manner that violates these Terms.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend accounts found in violation of the above without any refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

smmsplash.com shall not be held responsible for any account bans, suspensions, or penalties imposed by social media platforms as a result of using our services.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited in your panel account.

8. Privacy Policy

We collect personal information such as your name, email address, and payment details solely for the purpose of providing our services.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties, except as required by law or to process your payments.

We use cookies to improve your experience on our website. By using the Panel, you consent to our use of cookies.

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data by contacting us directly.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on smmsplash.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of smmsplash.com and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

Our Panel may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party payment processors. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your remaining balance may be forfeited if the termination is due to a violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
